Something is broken in my unit. How do I request a repair?
All maintenance requests must be logged through your portal. Go
to "Maintenance Requests," enter a brief description, snap a
photo, and submit. Our vetted contractors will coordinate a time
with you to fix it.
I have lost my key or key tag. How do I order a new one?
Log into your Tenant Portal, go to "Account & Security," and
select "Request Replacement Key/Tag." A standard replacement fee
will be added to your billing tab and you'll be notified when
it's ready for pickup at our office.
I would like to report disruptive neighbors. How is this
handled?
Go to the "Support & Issues" tab and select "Report a
Community Violation." Your report is kept strictly confidential
and our management team will issue a formal warning to the unit
in question.
I have a severe maintenance emergency. Who do I call?
For life-threatening emergencies, call us +255 768 255 085. For
property emergencies like a burst pipe or total power failure,
log into your portal and click the red "Emergency Repair"
button.
